The Apex RivalX represents a natural evolution from the acclaimed Rival 4-32×56 riflescope, catering specifically to the demands of competitive precision rifle shooters. Engineered by competitive shooters who demand the utmost precision and accuracy, it encompasses all the essential features necessary for success in dynamic long-range sports. A standout feature of this riflescope is its advanced CLR™ reticle system, engineered with a the perfect amount of holdover points for swift and precise windage and elevation adjustments.
Complementing its reticle, the RivalX showcases our proprietary HTX™ 7-Layer lens coating technology, delivering optimal light transmission, durability, and glare reduction. This ensures a consistently bright and clear image, even under challenging low-light conditions. Utilizing top-tier Extra Low Dispersion (ED) Japanese glass—the same glass that is used in the James Webb Telescope—the high density glass minimizes chromatic aberration, guaranteeing the sharpest image achievable.
Crafted to endure heavy recoil and rugged environments, the RivalX is constructed from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum and is argon-purged and sealed for waterproof, fog-proof, and shockproof performance. Tested under recoil and field conditions at various International Sniper Competitions and deployments with calibers up to 50BMG, its resilience is beyond doubt. Offering a broad magnification range from 4-32X, it caters perfectly to diverse competitive shooting scenarios and disciplines.
The Zero-Stop elevation turret facilitates swift and precise adjustments, while the ALL NEW 10 MIL per turn turret is tailored for centerfire PRS and NRL Hunter rifles. The parallax system allows for fine-tuned adjustment from 15 yards to Infinity, providing exceptional depth of field and unparalleled versatility.

When it came time to design the most important aspect of this riflescope we knew that we had to get it right.
We turned to some of the most experienced shooters in Canada to ask them one simple question:
“If you were designing a long range reticle from scratch, what would you want to see, and more importantly what do you NOT want to see?”
The answers were, unsurprisingly, very honest and incredibly consistent. We took that feedback and designed a reticle that:
Is clean and unobstructed so you can see your target and watch your trace and splash
Makes it easy to transition between targets quickly, and keep it flexible for the different shooting situations that you might find yourself in
Provides ranging marks for those situations when you can’t or aren’t allowed to use electronics.
The incredible input from these experienced shooters, along with our internal team’s exhaustive research and development has resulted in the Apex Competition Long Range™ (CLR) Reticle, exclusively available in our flagship Rival precision riflescope.

THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED, EXPERTLY BUILT
We start off with a solid block of 6061-T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum billet and mill it down to a perfectly concentric 34mm tube.
We then soak it in a proprietary solution so that it exceeds MilSpec Type III Hardness and Abrasion Resistance standards. That’s how it gets that signature matte-black finish.
Our erector system is built with stainless steel components for a positive and distinctive “click”, guaranteeing repeatability and durability for the life of the product. No matter what the M.D. or the elements throw your way, you’ll be confident your riflescope will be up to the task without skipping a beat or getting off-zero.
The optical components are made using the highest quality Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) Japanese glass, which are ground down and polished with state-of-the-art equipment. The optical system uses a set of finely tuned APO (apochromatic) lenses, and when combined with the Prime ED glass provides an unmatched clarity of image, depth of field, and field of view. Every lens is meticulously inspected by our production engineers before it goes into one of our scopes.
Finally, the entire system is inspected once-again, then assembled by hand in a Certified Clean Environment. The final step of the assembly is dry-Argon purging and sealing, ensuring that the entire optical system is shockproof, fogproof, and IP67-rated dustproof and waterproof.

New glass for my 338LM - RivalX 4-32x56 FFP
Finally got the Spuhr mount and onto the rifle she went.
The side by side comparison to the previous scope I had is leagues better, clearer, brighter and the lit reticle is fantastic in even bright day light.
The scope is solid, the turrets are smooth and the focus ring is easy to move, yet not sloppy.
The magnification is astounding and I can not wait to get time to zero her in and go shooting again.
Many thanks the the staff at Apex who handled my MANY questions about this scope and mounts to use before I bought this fantastic work of art.
