Awesome reticle superb scope

Couldn’t be happier with my Rival packaging and accessories, fit and finish, glass and turrets it’s everything you want for a PRS or long range scope. The reticle is the cherry on top, just the right amount of information and nothing extraneous; you can tell they built this thing to be used!

Great scope

Glass quality is excellent, reticle is the best I have used. My eyes go directly to the right mark for windage. Turrets are precise and repeatable. Overall, a great scope for the price.

My Rival is awesome! Glass is amazing and the reticle is perfect for my sport! It has taken a beating and keeps performing flawlessly.

I love my Rival! I upgraded to the Apex this year, and it has been a game changer for me in competition. The glass clarity makes it easy for even new shooters to spot misses. I really like the open top stadia for this. The other unique thing that sets it apart for me is, the magnification zoom is reversed from most scopes, so I haven’t skinned my knuckle yet on the throw lever at max magnification. The machining tolerance, fit and finish is beautiful. Magnification and parallax dial are smooth and easy to manipulate. The windage and elevation dials feel and sound great, very prominent “clicks” that always return to zero. Highly recommend this scope of your looking to up your game. Best bang for your buck!

I won a 50% discounted Apex Rival from the Cypress shoot last year which allowed me to convert from MOA to MIL for PRS shooting. I am glad I made the switch. Other than fewer clicks the feature rich Rival has everything you’d want and more. The turrets are the perfect firmness and have a great sound that makes adjustments a breeze even when not looking. I love the reticle as it makes adjustments on the fly easy to do. Hats off to the Apex team for designing and providing such a great product at an affordable price.

This scope performs outstanding. I was hitting 10 inch targets at 1000 yards consistently. And did hold overs from 400-1000 yards and it was on the money.

Excellent Scope

We have been running the Rival in team and individual competitions for several months now. Rain, dust, heat…the Rival soaked it all up. The turrets have a fantastic positive click to them, and are a nice size, without being overly tall. The glass is excellent and the color rendition superb. The CLR reticle is fast and effective without being difficult to see splash through. Overall an excellent scope!

I am absolutely in love with this scope!

I am absolutely in love with this scope, whoever designed it did an amazing job. If I were to design the perfect scope I don’t think I would change a thing.First off, the tracking is perfect. To me that is the most important thing, it doesn’t matter how good the glass is, if your scope doesn’t track it doesn’t matter how well you can see the target. Your scope along with the tracking has the glass clarity to back it up.We have been running precision rifle classes for almost 10 years, I’ve looked through thousands of scopes. I am amazed at the clarity, brightness and the fact that there was ZERO color fringing on the edges even at full power. I own some high dollar scopes, and there is always a little chromatic aberration, even on the best German glass scopes I own. The texture and feel of all the turrets is second to none.The 15 Mils elevation per rotation is huge! The fact that you can see so much range of elevation in your line of sight when behind the rifle makes it perfect for PRS. The feel of the dial is precise, with no play in the turret. The reticle with its .5 mil wind holds and christmas tree design is what I want for not only PRS, but for every type of shooting I do.Can not say enough good things about the scope.

Amazing Scope

The instructions may be the easiest I’ve ever seen from a scope manufacturer. I’ve done a box test and it tracks true and square. The reticle is easy to use and apply at the range and in the field. Adjustments are positive and repeatable. Now I just need to need to figure out how to get another one sooner than later.

Perfect Form and Function

In my opinion, this scope is perfect in form and function; the magnification range is ideal for close-in and low light conditions at lower power, while the upper magnification works well for target ID and longer range. The large objective lenses is good for light gathering and the 34mm tube allows plenty of elevation/windage adjustment. I like the uncluttered christmas tree reticle. Plus, getting this scope at the pre-order price makes it a super value.

Knocked it out of the park!

Well I might be the only person here with almost no experience with the Apex Rival prior to this weekend but mine showed up on Saturday. Between yesterday and today I have 750 rounds on it now. To say I love the reticle would be an understatement. The parallax is so crisp, efficient and fast, might just be my favourite I’ve ever used. The turrets feel awesome, firm and crisp but not too hard to turn, zero stop is simple and effective, and the glass is great!! Knocked it out of the park. Can’t wait to run it this upcoming weekend’s Insite Arms Steel Challenge match!
